🚚 Shipping Policy

At ProLawns AU, we make sure your order gets from our shed to your shed as quickly and safely as possible. All orders are shipped from Port Stephens, NSW, and we currently deliver Australia-wide through trusted courier partners including Sendle, Aramex, and Australia Post.

🕒 Order Processing

Orders are typically packed and shipped within 2 working days of payment being received.

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive tracking details via email so you can keep an eye on its journey.

📦 Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your location, weight, and courier options available.

Occasionally, free or discounted shipping promotions may apply and will be shown at checkout before you confirm your order.

⏱️ Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery timeframes vary depending on your location:

  • NSW & ACT: 2 – 5 business days
  • VIC & QLD: 3 – 7 business days
  • SA, WA, NT & TAS: 5 – 10 business days

Rural or remote areas may take a little longer. Delivery estimates are provided by our courier partners and are outside our direct control once dispatched.

🔄 Handling & Packaging

Each order is packed securely to prevent damage during transport. If your package arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days at sales@prolawnsau.com and we’ll sort it out promptly.

⚠️ Additional Information

We currently deliver within Australia only.

We do not ship to PO Boxes for large orders (over 5 kg tubs) due to courier restrictions.

Delivery times may vary during public holidays or extreme weather.
